Um advogado andava em alta velocidade pela cidade com seu BMW, quando foi parado pelo guarda de trânsito.
Guarda: - O senhor estava além da velocidade permitida, por favor a sua habilitação.
Advogado: - Está vencida.
Guarda: - O documento do carro.
Advogado: - O carro não é meu.
Guarda: - O senhor, por favor, abra o porta-luvas.
Advogado: - Não posso, tem um revólver aí que usei para roubar este carro.
Guarda (já bastante preocupado): Abra o porta-malas!
Advogado: - Nem pensar! na mala está o corpo da dona deste carro, que eu matei no assalto.O guarda , vendo-se diante das circunstâncias, resolve chamar o Sargento.Chegando ao local o Sargento dirige-se ao advogado:
Sargento: - Habilitação e documento do carro por favor!
Advogado: - Está aqui senhor, como vê o carro está no meu nome e a habilitação está regular.
Sargento: - Abra o porta-luvas!
Advogado (tranqüilamente…) : - Como vê só tem alguns papéis.
Sargento: - Abra o porta-malas!
Advogado: - Certo, aqui está… como vê, está vazio.
Sargento (constrangido): - Deve estar acontecendo algum equívoco, o meu subordinado me disse que o senhor não tinha habilitação, que não era o dono do carro pois o tinha roubado com um revólver que estava no porta luvas, de uma mulher cujo corpo estava no porta malas.
Advogado: - Só falta agora esse sacana dizer que eu estava em alta velocidade!!
